You'll then gain access to your sks portal to take care of all your past due claims.

Yes. You're expected to take care of all the past due claims. Failure to do so within 30 days will result to termination of your account.

After reactivating your account, you will go through a 90 day probation period.

Members who are on probation will neither participate nor benefit from SKS fund during the 90 day probation period.

Upon clearing all your past due claims, you'll be able to file for a claim through the portal.
